• Full payment or a deposit may be required when booking, as specified during the reservation process.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

• In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, Sicily Blue Dream reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. Guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Safety and Conduct

• The use of life jackets is mandatory when instructed.

• Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation. Excessive alcohol consumption and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the tour without a refund.

• Sicily Blue Dream is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.
